Come on over to Kingscote

Kingscote is the largest township on the island, and is a must-visit for all those things you need during your stay.  Centrally located, Kingscote is the first settlement in South Australia, and has a fascinating history. You will discover many walking trails, lots of activities to get the family involved in, and is surrounded by Nepean Bay, perfect for those water experiences.  There are lots of eating and drinking to be done, beautiful galleries, lots of retail shopping, and even an Op Shop trail.  If you are an Op Shopper, it has three.  Kingscote is the service center for Kangaroo Island, so you will find everything you need.  If you can’t find it, ask a friendly local and they will help you to find it.
