Product
Marron – fresh water crayfish – are not indigenous to KI but were introduced from WA some 40 odd years ago. Our 50 pond farm including breeding has been developed over 20 years providing ultra fresh amazing product for our Cafe.
Our range of Two Wheeler Creek wines are produced from a mix of red and white grapes grown over 8ha. The sauvignon blanc in particular is stunning with the combination of soil and cooler climate working its magic on the grapes. They are all available for cellar door tastings and sales with the sauces below.
In addition the farm grows the Australian native leafy herbs, lemon and aniseed myrtles. These are used with other natives to produce a range of bush tucker sauces for the Cafe or for sale, with lemon myrtle tartare sauce being one of the favourites. The local KI distiller uses both myrtles to produce exclusive liqueurs for our label.
