Kangaroo Island Sea Salt is produced by collecting seawater off the South Coast of Kangaroo Island at Vivonne Bay, known for its beautiful clean waters. We then evaporate the seawater naturally using solar energy the end result is a crystal clean, sustainable product from one of the cleanest waters of the world.
Our infusions, rosemary, chilli and lemon-lime are all locally sourced on the Island. We use a cold-press juicing for the chilli and lemon-lime to ensure that we bring out the essential oils into the juice.
