Latitude 36 has been producing fine foods since 1992 is led by Kangaroo Island Chef Tony Nolan and his wife Beverley Nolan (nee Clifford of Clifford’s Honey farm).
As their family is heavily involved in honey, we our families “Clifford’s Honey” as our hero product. The renowned Latitude 36 Honey Mustard Dressing is available all over Kangaroo Island and is used at Hanson Bay Sanctuary and Dudley Wines menu.
Latitude 36 has a long relationship with Kangaroo Island. With over 130 years of family heritage and 6 generations as Kangaroo Island farmers and over 30 years of commercial food and tourism on Kangaroo Island, Bev and Tony’s Latitude 36 products will remind you of a time when products were hand made with care.
